Request data deletion
You can ask ZS ProApps to delete personal information associated with a website enquiry or a supported app account, where applicable.
How to request deletion
Email support@zsproapps.in with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the app or service name and enough information for us to identify the relevant record. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or government ID numbers.
What happens next
We may ask for reasonable verification before acting. We will review the request, delete or anonymise eligible data where possible, and explain if some records must be retained for legal, security or operational reasons.
App-specific data
Some apps may store data locally on your device or through service providers. Uninstalling an app may remove local data but may not delete data held remotely. Contact us with the specific app name so we can direct your request appropriately.
